Climax no2 pump a little rstoration project nearly finished

Hi all just afew pics of my climax no2 pump nearly finished, its been completely stripped freed off new cup washers etc full repaint and now nearly back together,
pics not very good quality took them on my phone,

Like the pump Ian - you certainly turn them around. Where do you get the cup washers from and are they leather or rubber?

there leather cup washers, i got them from Base Camp, i think around £ 24.00 + VAT and delivery mind you they are very large cup washers,

Abes, copper pipe went off to machine shop yesterday to be flared and a threaded end fitted so should be looking good will screw straight into exhaust pot,

Abes couldnt have found better if youd tried mate, spot on, i found under the bench (the black hole) a brass pipe fitting a reducer, i couldnt believe my luck, it screwed straight into exhaust pot and was exact size other end to go inside the pipe, my man is turning the flats of for me so will look like brass threads just coming out of pipe, as hes a metal spinner hes gonna flare the other end and pretty it up, ive left it up to him im sure will look ok and do the job, thanks for that mate,

More to the point Mike im taking you, youd better hope im not going to send you on your way, after all most stuff will be vintage needing attention, siezed up and even some damaged goods, i guess you fit into all of those,
Oh and yes Mike is quite right the pump will be going to The Yeovil Sort Out Sunday 11th March from 7.30am

good it sounds like when you sell cars,they come round and prod and poke it about then kick the tyres...
