Thanks for your replies, yes Lister A or B seems to be closest to it, its hard to find any decent square on images of such so i can copy logo's etc, shrink them and make some mini decals for it, its what its lacking.
Mike, ive found anything in miniature fetches a premium, must be down to the portability factor, id say the same price as a 'very' nice full size Lister A or B.
Next on the list, a small open crank! without amending the mortgage, so a long term plan Very Happy

I know guys who make this kind of stuff. Recently I went to see an informal display of a few engines built by a guy in Kent. These are all half size replicas of famous motorcycle engines & his first engine, a half size replica of an early Bently 9 cylinder rotary aero engine. All these engines run, but only 2 were actually run on that evening.

This guy makes everything himself, he even made the spark plugs for the Bently Rotary engine, although he found his own plugs wouldn't stand up to the compression of the motorbike engines, so he had to buy plugs for these in from model engine shops.

I only went as a spectator that evening, it was organised by a local vintage motorcycle club, but no one remembered to take a camera, so me & my phone quickly became official photography, here's a link to some of the 60-odd pictures I took...

This guy is probably the best engineer I've ever come across, he's in his 80s & still going strong. It's taken him years to build these engines
& NO he isn't married! lol!

Here's a couple of videos I also took that night...

Although these engines are half size, they are not half capacity, as you need to half the capacity 3 times to get that figure, as capacity is a cubic measurement (I won't confuse you any more on this, but I think the 500cc motorbike engine ends up around 60cc, I'd love to have one in a moped Twisted Evil )

This is great stuff to see, & some of the best engineering you're ever likely to witness, but it just goes to show what you can do if you put your mind to it, & if you practically live in your workshop, have plenty of money & no wife to contend with,
I can fulfil 2 of those, but I haven't got any money lol!
