Hi all, i am convinced my CS need to be spraying better than it is, I have been told today that you can up the pump pressure by undoing the locknut on the side of the pump and turning the adjuster screw clockwise a nats scrotum, it will then in turn up the injector pressure and maybe develop the required pattern, any ideas chaps ?

Don't know about the CS injectors but normally if the injector is not getting the correct spray pattern it needs to be overhauled. It could be anything from a bit of dirt stuck to a weak spring, maybe turning up the pressure would move the dirt and fix it but I wouldn't be thinking that would fix it myself.

Stu.

Stick it in a box and post it to Peter Slater to be serviced then you will not have to look at it again.....ever!!

Dont suppose you have contact details and idea of cost, we do have diesel injection specialists nearby so could go there, but if theyre to dear then the other option sounds tempting, thanks

Here are details for Peter Slater Fuel Injection Engineer.

Telephone...01724 855214

email...peterslaterfie2000@yahoo.co.uk

He serviced a injector and pump for me a couple of years ago and charged £130. Excellent work and quick I had the stuff back in a week. I would go to no one else now.

Hope this helps.
