Entrys for Miss December

Post by RAB on Sun Nov 04 2012, 17:02

Hi all,

A good response to last months vote both of pictures and votes, good to see people having there say.

Anyone who has a picture that they wish to put forward for this month, please post it here and we can have a vote on it.

It can also be an implement that is being driven by an engine if you wish ie, a water pump, corn crusher and that type of thing. But it needs to show the whole display.

Over the last few months weve had a few more new members join, It would be nice to see some of the engines or engine displays that you have got so please feel free to post and we look forward to seeing your stuff.

I know posting a pic here is not the easiest so i have posted a link on how to post pics below:-

http://www.stationaryengineforum.net/t2492-step-by-step-photo-upload

Hope thats of use to all.

Paul.

Oh go on then! I'll have another go with a Tarpen pic. Not sure if I've used this exact one before, there's quite a few of very similar ones in the album. I wanted to put one forward for the JAP Model 3 but couldn't find anything suitable....

BTW, I would agree about the horizontal versus vertical pics. Every time I logged on to a page the header filled my screen last month. Not a massive issue, but if pushed for one way or the other I would say horizontal every time.

Will you be looking for a snowy engine pic for December?

Good work guys, keep it up. cheers

Think you've misunderstood me somewhere. I never said or implied I wanted to enter more than one pic????

Hi all,

Only the picture to be entered into the vote is to be posted here, and i would prefer only 1 entry per member, if you post a pic and wish to change the origional, then all you need to do is edit the origional post, but once the pic is in the vote, then obviously it would be to late.

Thanks Paul, I knew that from the other month though. But I have only posted one pic here, that's the bit I don't understand scratch
Unless you guys can see something I can't?
