Bernard again

You lucky lucky so&so, I really want a Bernard (or a DeVille), & I will have one, one day.

Are you going to make a project of this one??? I'd be interested to read all about it.

It is a Bernard then - there don't seem to be any distinguishing marks on it.

When I can find out all about it and make it go - carb seized but it does turn over and has compression.

Maybe I'll contact Bernard in france - don't speak French that well, so this may be difficult !!!!!!!!!!!

Well, don't quote me on it. I think it looks like a Bernard, but I could well end up being corrected.

It looks a nice engine anyway, & those carbs are dead easy to free off, you should see the state of the one I just put back together for my nephews' Lister D, & now it's all freed off & working. (Well, I haven't actually used it, but it should work fine, they're extremely simple).

The Bernard is unfortunately last on the list , I've just done the Lister D that has sat in my garden for 25 yrs, now doing the Ruston, then I've got to do the Lister diesel and lastly the Bernard !!!!!!!!!!

Nice looking engine not seen one stripped so interested when work starts if you can post a few pics please. Keeps us up to date on all your resto work as I'm sure there will be some interest in what your doing.
