Looks like a Frank Pearns pump made in Manchester Bill, seen a few around in the past but they are not that common these days.

bill not a problem mate at all
the web search is a mine field , as you think u got a new find ,and its so one from manchester usa, with the same name ,or its the same 3 steam pumps in the misuems that 30+ people have done videos of Rolling Eyes
thats why i said about my frank pearn "little one " Very Happy Very Happy pearns didnt do small from what i can find out about , the valve and other access covers on mine are 1" thick solid cast iron , and the weight must be getting on for a lister A Smile just started to make the timbers and steering up for the trolley
then im sitting the old oak skids onto my trolley ,so if its to unstable when working will just use trolley as a means of moving and slip pearn off to the floor ect
and the sign ive had made for the display arrived yesterday Very Happy Very Happy
