more than one way to skin a cat!
I seen them but never used them myself, grind riveted over part off and punch out.

I was just thinking if I had one that could do the job I might as well use it, saves some of the hard work of grinding and hammering.
All I can remember of it is it's a bit like a puller but go the opposite way, wind the knob down and it pushes the pin out, while the bracket holds the chain in place, easy.
