Villiers midget Mk3 Empty Villiers midget Mk3

Just got a copy of a manual and I think I have a midget mk3 with mark 2 points set up.
The Bakelite ignition terminal to the coil is broken and the bit remaining is seized in the casing. Any ideas on how to get this out?
Also, one end of the coil is seized on the magnet. The grub screw is removed but the coil isn't moving.
This is turning out to be a bit more complex than I thought it would be.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
