A nice set up there Tony. I am steadily making progress with my own 6PB, a later one than yours, but a new oil ring snapped on me yesterday while gapping it, one of the perils of doing it in freezing cold weather!Embarassed  Cast Iron and cold weather do not mix, I should have realised that but I have been advised to warm the replacement ring in water before fitting it. The only thing missing on mine is the silencer, been looking for a while but they are a little like rocking horse poo and folk want stupid money when they do turn up. A length of 1" BSP pipe will suffice for now methinks!!Smile

that's a brilliant set you have there, I hope that you will be keeping it original! That pump looks like a tangye water pump although I could be wrong!

Hi Lewis, its a Ruston Hornsby pump, yes I think it will stay in working clothes. I have a mag problem to fix otherwise nothing much up with it.

Have to echo the sentiments here - great set up and an unusual gear driven pump - a very 'tight' set up - looks good in origanial clothes as well!

A nice addtion to a collection - I haven't seen many for sale - especially with the pump - nice find squire!

Its very compact and very heavy! The pump must weigh nearly as much as the engine!
