Hi All,
I am wanting to make head gaskets and exhaust gaskets for my 2 Stuart Turner R2's and was wondering what material to use - I have seen both Klingersil and Tesnit mentioned on this forum - is there any difference between them? Which do you recommend and is it easy to cut to shape? Also what thickness would you recommend using - 1mm,1.5mm or 2mm?Thank you.
Kev.

I use Klingersil and would recommend 2mm.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your replies - Klingersil sounds like the stuff to go for, so I will go and get me some 2mm sheets and see how I get on.
