my new bamford and lister
i bought these the other week and the lister is the first engine ive owned and i like to see machines working so i bought the mill too
so heres a few pic of what ive done so far

Hi, nice mills the bamfords! My one has a whole in the casting in the same place as yours, also would that D power it?

Ive done a few test runs with it. It takes abit of time to build up to speed but then its ok. But the lister does have to work hard. Ive got a welder thats going to build the missing end plate. Ive seen a few that seem to break there

Cheers steve w it was abit of an after thought when I bolted it to the trailer I suddenly realised how do I get the grain in

Hi. I echo what Steve W said - great job, and the side flaps are inspirational.My D powers my corn mill alright but I have to watch the rate I feed the corn into the grinding plates - too much and the D stalls,too slow and it takes for ever! Kev.
