Hello Chris - there are many clubs around - google finds quite a few - sometimes you have to be prepared to muck in with the model engineers or Steam traction crowd as well but that to me is a bonus - I used to have a regular club hosted by The National Vintage Tractor and Engine Club - they have local groups all over the place..

I hope you find one - although sometimes in winter they dont meet so much as most like to stay warm in their workshops or meet online...until the sun comes out again or they have shed their winter coats Smile

best

Sedgmoor Vintage Club Ltd

Post by Scotty on Wed Jan 21 2015, 20:10

Hello Lister D Chris.

You were asking for a vintage club in the Bridgwater or Taunton area. I am a member of the Sedgemoor Vintage Club Ltd which caters for Tractors, Stationary Engines, Cars, Horticultural Implements, Steam Engines and Motor Cycles. We hold our monthly meetings on the second Tuesday in the month at the Ritz Social Club, Burnham on Sea at 8 o'clock. Our chairman is Mr Peter Brakes on 01278 683125. Should you wish to come along to one of our meetings you would made most welcome.

Hope this helps you.

Kind regards Ted Scott

Scotty
