Remove cooling fan ring Villiers Mk15

Hello forum members,
Some cooling fanes on the flywheel of my mk15 are damaged. Is it possible to replace a ring with cooling fanes or does it mean a new flywheel?
I've seem some holes with bolts at the surface, however no connection for any tool found yet.
Can somebody explain how to do this?

Hi Steef.
Have the same problem with my MK10 - cannot find a socket to fit and not room for a spanner in all cases
But, try L&S Engineers - they have been very helpful to me.
