I have used the address you quote but on return it comes up as paul@meetens.co.uk so you could try this variation.

i asked for some JAP 2A governor weights, they didn't have any but they actually machined some similar ones to the correct weight and size for me! didn't charge me any extra either.
postage was actually scary too, it was so quick! i can't remember how long it took but it was super quick.
i didn't get much luck emailing, they got back to me but a few weeks later. ringing them is best.
