For the hard of seeing..
To change screen size, hold down Ctrl key and scroll mouse wheel. Only just found this

and for those without a scroll wheel on the mouse CTRL and +/- will zoom in and out

There are lots of "click saving" shortcuts
My common ones are Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V for copy and paste instead of right click and select copy move the cursor then right click and select paste.

Another useful resource is the Character map in Windows accessories, some common ones are:
Alt + 0188 ¼
Alt + 0189 ½
Alt + 0176 ° (degrees)
Alt + 0178 ² (handy for cable sizes)
and Alt + 0169 so I can copyright this post
