Magneto problems on jap 6
A few weeks ago I had my jap model 6 running spot on but I just can't get it to start now. I'm convinced it is a magneto problem (wipac impulse magneto). I've cleaned the points and I've run the multi meter through it and everything seems ok. It does have spark but it seems to be quite weak when held against any metal. Although the stop button was jammed open so I freed that up but I don't think that should create any problems.
Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong?
Thanks in advance,
Ally
