Testing a condensor
Hi all,
Is there any way i can test a condensor with a normal run of the mill multimeter?

I believe there are a few post on this subject but here's my two penn’orth.
Set meter to resistance and select a high range. Connect probes to body and fly lead. The resistance should read low to start with and then climb as the battery in the meter charges the condenser. Easier with old school analogue meter but does work with digital. If possible, practice with a known good condenser first so you can see what happens
