Now removed all the components and the tin-ware from the C3. The paint has been stripped from the latter with some excellent paint stripper bought on eBay. Appears to have been originally green in colour with all the visible parts of the tin-ware painted a bright post office red colour on top of the green. At some more recent date it has been hand paint orange with the engine itself painted black on top of the green, getting there slowly. Anyone know how I could remove some dints from the fuel tank please?
Finally, how do I upload photographs on to the site?
Many thanks, Peter

As for dents in the tank, how bad are they? If you want to do a 'proper' job you may be able to make a long panelbeater's 'spoon' and ease them out from the inside, otherwise car body filler is your friend... (you will probably need some filler to finish off even if you can get them out)

Maybe admin can move this thread to a more appropriate section?
