You probably can't unless someone has any, if you mean cups and valve washers then it's easy to make the washers from rubber sheet and the cups can be bought from ebay or other places.

Unless someone has a scrap pump you stand a very small chance of finding parts, you could have a go at making the missing parts.

I made some springs for my Stuart Turner pump from 1.6mm tig stainless steel welding wire, maybe not the correct thing but it does the job and has lasted years,

Being an old pump the chances are that the brass rod is imperial size. Measure again before you buy.
