Petter AVA1 Series 1 or 2 Empty Petter AVA1 Series 1 or 2

Hi all, I had to dismantle my reconditioned AVA1 as all the parts were wrong or damaged. Sold most of the series 2 parts on it but the crankcase is one casting, no removable sump. Does this mean that the base is an early AVA1, or is is still a series 2?
Any advice much appreciated, thank you
