vaporizer thing

hi there all been a long time .i have a question i have a lister d with a vaporizer for tvo as it vaporizes the fuel could a mixture of 80 paraffin and 20 old oil be used i appreciate its not a diesel engine and i unfortunately have never seen tvo as it was phased out a few years after i was born so i was 2 small to take notice

Lots of D petrol paraffin owners don't bother with the paraffin as unless it's under a serious load it won't get hot enough to run properly, just run it on petrol. My brother runs his Fordson Major on Mattblack's suggestion except he also adds upper cylinder lubricant.

I use a bit of 2 stroke oil in the TVO mix for my Fergie.
