Piston pattern for Robinson x type

A bit of a long shot but has anyone made a pattern for a piston for a Robinson x type gas engine.

If you can't find a pattern, then you could use a Lister D piston as a pattern, I think they are pretty well the same size (3").

Yes, Peter Keating's Robinson uses a Lister D piston and I'm guessing that a Ruston PT or Wolseley WD one would fit as well?

Many thanks for your suggestions. It has had a Lister D piston fitted on a previous attempted restoration. I wish to replace it with one of the original type.
