JAP 2S Purchase ?

Hello lads. Was thinking about going to see what i think is a jap 2s on a water pump. But it has no air cowl over flywheel. What wood be the chances of picking one up.

Not impossible. But if it's your first project I'd be tempted to wait for something more complete.

I offered him a bit less taking the chance of picking one up. But no go. Tried to explain shes not complete and needs it to cool. Dont think he believed me. Thanks woodsman
