Water wheels were popular at rallies here in the UK a few years back, a chap who lived in Lancashire (who's name escapes me now, maybe Peter ?) made some lovely ones. My rallying mate the Late Graham Wilde had one and it got a lot of attention, he later sold it and I think that the new owner let it rot away alas.
