The Little Jumbo is now back together and running
Managed to get in the work shop and put the last bits back on the Little Jumbo, fired up first time then died after half an hour of fidling the problem was sorted. A piece of swarf in the new fuel valve.
Got the timing right first time runs well .
Just have to get the fly wheels pin stripped and she's done.
What shell I start next

Cracking looking engine, another good job your Lordship if I may say so.
As for the next job I'm sure you'll have something exotic tucked away that you can do.

Re: The Little Jumbo is now back together and running
Kev, I never paint the insides of water jackets . When running I will put a couple of tea bags in them, I can't rember what's in them but it always cleans the rust out
Some old buy told me years ago. I always drain them out not long after stopping them and then the heat drys them out

That is one nice engine. I even like the trolley, and it makes a brew as well! Who could ask for more?

I was told the same tip about the tea bags, it's some acid (floric or something sorry can't remember).
