I have a few old JAP engines from the late1920 & the 30's and all are easy to decode the manufacturing date. The engines are motor bike and from ATCO lawn mowers. The 4F is my latest and I would assume that its a late one under the camouflage of Villiers.
4FP 71610/1

I like to display engines with a history of the model. On the 4F models I have very little, hence trying to find out something on the engine other than the mechanical spec wihich I have.

Thanks
