As for air filter you may struggle. I've only once managed to find the proper Villiers oil bath filter - you occasionally see a Burgess type on fleabay.
The throttle arm isn't be too hard to fabricate - though the one I made wouldn't stand close inspection . Otherwise keep an eye out for any Zenith 24T-2 carb' that's dirt cheap and consider the rest of it as spares.

I think I have both an oil bath airfilter and a scrap carb for a MK 20 in my garage but I'm away at a rally until monday evening. I will check on tuesday if you are interested.
