Lee Howl Compactum pump
I have a large Lee Howl compactum pump which I intend to restore to work with my 5HP Petter M. Ive found out they were both supplied together on a modified car chassis in 1931 ( from the internal fire's archives). I cant seem to find any information on the internet about the pump. I am particularly looking for parts list/diagrams. and/or any relevant sizes of certain parts that are missing and that I need to make. I did see on a web search that someone had a print of the parts list of the pump ( on a repro metal sign) but clicking on it doesnt bring up that product...and trying to enlarge the image , it is so pixalated that you just cant read it.
Many thanks.

An inquiry in the 'Identity and Assistance' page of Stationary Engine might be worth a try.

Re: Lee Howl Compactum pump
This is the pump. Cylinder head and stuffing box now made and fitted. The other week...the vendor sent me (via my sons delivery driver) the loose pulley ( he couldn't find the fast one)... and the pulley belt changing lever. The main tasks now are sourcing/ making a driving pinion gear...the related shafts for pinion gear and piston ...leather cups...supports and spacer. I guess having a new pulley cast by our local foundry will be dear...but I haven't had a chance to drop the loose pulley in as a pattern/ quote yet. It's a bit of a mission to rebuild the pump....but something I'll stick at so it can be reunited with its original engine and pump once more!
The picture of the set together is how it arrived from Scotland to Norfolk. You can see both pulleys were there then!. The chassis petters provided was a car chassis...which the purchaser wanted and is now remodifying and rebuilding the car. The pumping set was sold on .

Re: Lee Howl Compactum pump
Suggest you try, as Matt Black suggests, in Stationary Engine and with a couple of the best pictures. It could go in "Identity and Assistance" or even "Just Pumps", the latter would be favourite.

Re: Lee Howl Compactum pump
The pulley with the curved spokes is the original Lee Howl Compactum pump pulley.
