Lister A / Junior

Hi Guys looking for a bit of advice.
I have a Lister Junior and want to remove the flywheels.
It looks like there is a collar that the gib key goes through before the flywheel.
Is this seperate from the flywheel.
On the fuel pump side this collar has a bolt in it and looks like it should come off when the flywheel is removed, on the govenor side it looks like the bolt has sheared off, should this be a bolt like the other side?
If it should be a bolt will I be ok in drilling it out?
Any help or advice is appreciated.

Hi Paul, from memory and it was a long time ago, there are drawings out there but I dont have access at the moment, the collar you mention could just be a spacer and sildes on, and yes one side of the flywheels is bolted onto the crack shaft, you wont get the flywheel off until the bolt/screw is removed, that I do remember as I never noticed it when stripping mine, one side came off easy the other was quite a battle, until I noticed the screw sitting flush in the flywheel hub.
