Doubtless made by 'Bespoke Gib Key Manufacturing Ltd' - gib key makers to the crowned heads of Europe. Have you checked the other side for a Russian imperial eagle?

Delivered in a red velvet lined polished wooden box with a pair of white cotton gloves to handle the key?

Ruston (and some other manufacturers) usually stamped the engine number on their keys.
