A cpl of vids of our new bad boy we got bored so bought ourselves a 6kva lister startomatic ex fairground, last week this engine was siezed solid and totally unknown if anything worked, now this is it today, this is what happens when you sell all your engines and get bored, lol! lol! lol! one vid of handle starting and other vid on startomatic, yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it all works now what do we do with it any suggestions, also does anyone know what engine it is, the plate is missing of the engine we have been told its possibly an sr2 ?????? Hi ryan, it ran a juvenille ride apparently, but no longer required so was layed up for a number of years then came my way so it would have been rude to say no wouldnt it, the first vid is mike hand staring it, the second is myself dunno about camera shy think it was the camera man trying to use it, lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol!

heheh thats us adam once seen never forgotten, its a nice toy just dunno what to do with it yet, anyone know of a ride to go with it, Question Question Question the bloke i got it off siad it was a cs before i went to see it well you can see its not a cs, doing searches on google come up with it as an sr2 seemed t obe used a lot in narrow boats, myself and mike reckon its the power supply for joneseys rally lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol!

Yeh they are the ones tend to be used on smaller narrowboats our last narrowboat holiday had a SR3 engine!

But still SR2 are common on generator sets too!!

Gardner 5LB and 6LXB's are used on the big rides!!

I imagine it can be used to power alot of lights for his rally lol!!

for a two cylinder diesel engine it is very effortless to start........bit different than when we got it............
know for another one...........oh no not another diesel.......
