we will to restore starting a R&H 3 cil engine  srnr 23399(1)

We have no techn. info  about injectors and timing
Anybody here has this?

I have some R&H info but sadly not the 3VRON.  
I believe it was used in a dragline. I also think that Ray Hooley's archive material is now held by the Anson Museum so might be worth enquiring.

These folks have the same engine so might be worth a call   http://heritage-centre.co.uk/visit-us/ruston-diesels/

also Timberland Pumping Station. Good luck with your project.
