LISTER D PETROL TANK

Just thought I would give a call out
would anyone out there happen to have
a lister d petrol tank I have just started another project
and it is missing the petrol tank thanks again

What Spec is your D as there were several styles of tank.

the tank is mounted near the top of the engine
and is d-shaped held by two metal straps

Your engine would have a petrol tank fitted with a large dia screw on cap in the same position as the bayonet type you have displayed, I currently don't have one.
They do appear on Ebay from time to time, there is one currently on ebay at the moment but may need work, above it is the tank lid fittings also.
